Community Awareness and Education
at+m integrated marketing sponsors a number of initiatives within the community as part of a greater awareness campaign:
- Sponsor of the 2008 & 2009 St. Giles – Bon Appetite Charity Function
- 2008 Sponsors of the Education Departments – Schools Administrators Convention
- Tamar NRM 2007 Conference – Biodiversity: finding the balance between conservation and productivity. Hosted by the University of Tasmania and the Tamar NRM the conference saw over 350 delegates from around the nation discuss topics of biodiversity with the real world challenges.
- Dr Edward Hall Environmental Award – Community. This section encourages Community groups to enter any project they have undertaken to conserve, enhance or protect the environment. For more information visit the City of Hobart web site.
Practising What We Preach
As part of our Environmental Policy we promote the broader responsibility of environmental issues to the greater community. Where appropriate we support initiatives that benefit the environment in any way.
